Business Partner and Vendor Standards

Roshel maintains a zero-tolerance approach to unethical conduct and requires all business partners and vendors to operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Roshel’s compliance framework.

These Standards define mandatory requirements for suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, and other third parties, including expectations related to anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and trade controls, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, accurate books and records, and responsible business practices.

Compliance with these Standards is a condition of doing business with Roshel, and partners must promptly report any suspected or actual misconduct, violations, or compliance concerns.
