At IDET 2025 in Brno, Roshel and OMNIPOL signed a landmark joint venture agreement to initiate local production of Roshel’s Senator vehicle line in the Czech Republic. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of President Petr Pavel, senior Czech government officials, and leading figures from the international defence industry.
The agreement will see MRAP, APC, and medical evacuation variants of the Senator platform manufactured in-country, leveraging the Czech Republic’s long-standing industrial capabilities in defence and automotive production. The partnership is set to establish a robust regional supply chain, create high-skilled jobs, and increase European export competitiveness in the armoured vehicle sector.
With over 1,800 Senator vehicles already deployed in Ukraine, the collaboration underscores Roshel’s and OMNIPOL’s shared commitment to enhancing the responsiveness, scalability, and availability of proven mobility solutions for NATO allies and global partners.
This new venture marks a significant step in reinforcing the European defence industrial base, ensuring localized support for end-users while maintaining the operational integrity and reliability of Roshel’s combat-proven designs.
Roshel looks forward to working in close coordination with OMNIPOL to deliver Czech-made Senator platforms to allied forces worldwide—tailored to meet evolving mission requirements with speed, precision, and regional resilience.
